(Art. 175, pp. 201-203; p. 75. ) Provisions covering allowable military schools are inserted (Art. 176, p. 203; p. 75), and "Educational establishments, the Univer- sities, societies of discharged soldiers, shooting or touring clubs, and, generally speaking, associations of every description, whatever be the age of their members, must not occupy themselves with military matters.
