The members of the High Court of the South African Eepublic have received notice from three of their number, viz.
the Chief Justice, J. G. Kotze, H. A. Ameshoff, and E. J. P.
Jorissen, that letters have been addressed to them in which a certain question is put to them by the State Secretary on behalf of the State President.
