Cruardianship how terminated. — Guardianship is terminated by the majority, death, or marriage of the ward ; by death, resignation, or removal of the guardian ; or if the guardian is a woman, by her marriage ; or by the expiration of the term of one appointed by deed or will for a period short of minority.
