Anyhow, the immor- tal unconverted social organism is referred to in Rev. xxi. 23- 24 (R.V.) as the nations walking in [the light of the City, lightened by the glory of God, illuminated by Christ the Lamb, into which the kings of the earth do bring their honour and glory. A race having such a glorious destiny before it, may well exalt itself in the power its intellect gives, when illuminated by the Spirit of Truth, though human in its origin and immortal destiny. But not thus saved are the Converted, who though human in their origin, are " Divine" in their destiny, as the adopted children of God.
