To whom it May Concern: The Buildint; Committee and the Fiscal Court nf Bourbon County, Kentucky, selected the ])lans (jf Frank P. Milburn, Architect, of Columbia, South Carolina, for their new Si6.s,ooo.oo Court House, which is fire-proof, the first story being built of South Carolina granite, and the two upper stories of Bedford stone.
The bui...lding is now comiilete and the work has been carried out in a very satisfactory manner; while we encountered many difficulties and had trouble with our original contractors, we now have one of the handsomest Court Houses, if not the handsomest, in the State, and at the same time, one of the best.
Being ine>q)erienced in this line of work when we started, we can now appreciate tlie valuable services rendered the County by Mr. Milbuin; he has guarded the interests of our County in every possible way, and taken the greatest interest.
