Mr. Beall. Except it requires that grain must be graded correc.tJ.y.
Senator Goee. But if it f ools_ the inspector, that is a pretty hard thing to get over.
Mr. Beall. There is a way of scientific inspection of grp,in that I think can bring out the question of whether it is good or b,^4: Senator Long.
