A branch was established at Albany in Decemlser. The people of the community rented the room on Main Street and furnished the tables, chairs and book cases. The room is very attractive, the attendance and circulation satisfactory. Mrs. Elizabeth SI Hanxllton is the efficient attendant. Her knowledge of people and books makes her a valuable addition to our County staff.
