The parts generally affected are the comb, wattles and sometimes toes.
Treatmlent. — Rub vigorously with snow or hold in ice water and rub until frost is all out. Afterwards apply a mixture of glycerine, two parts ; kerosene, one part, three times daily, and keep bird in warm place.
