His fa- ther gave him a deed of gift of the nortli part of the homestead, bearing the same date witli that given to his brother Daniel, (June 3, 1741). Lie m. (published Feb. 17, 1738, ) Mary, daughter of Benjamin and Mary (Robinson) Day, of Attleboro, who was born Dec. 28, 1717, and died 1790.
