The Cincinnati Furniture Company in the bond below, is as- sumed to have owed a debt to the Georgia Lumber Company, for which 344 GEORGIA FORMS the latter took out att...achment proceedings and served garnishment on one of the Macon customers of the said Cincinnati furniture company, viz., the Macon Cabinet Works. It is also assumed that the Macon Cabinet Works had in fact just ordered $1,250 worth of goods from the Cincinnati concern, which the latter had promptly shipped, at the same time drawing a draft and discounting the same, (with the bill of lading attached) at the First National Bank of Cincinnati, the said furniture company's home bank. The state of facts upon which this bond is supposed to be founded is not the product of the writer's imagination.
