Note. — Besides "the Borough", Kington (Kyneton), and Morton, which now constitute the parish, Thornbury formerly included Oldbury, with the hamlet of Covvhill (Cnvvell), Rangeworthy, and Falfield, with the hamlets of Whitfield and Buckover, and contained upwards of 10, 000 acres of land with 3, 000 acres of water, as compared with the 4, 482 acres of the reduced modern parish.
