Judges Ramsey and Dibrell displayed marked ability as appel- late judges, and their retirement from the bench was deeply AND OTHER PUBLIC MEN OF TEXAS 199 regretted. Judge Ramsey has since retirement been entrusted with important financial responsibilities, and has proved as ef- ficient in the field of finance, as he was in that of the law.
