What reading level is Grand Jury Reports 1961 book?
To quickly assess the difficulty of the text, read a short excerpt:
The practice has been to move as any patients as possible to the out-patient department. The fact hat there are so many alcoholic cases makes this work more difficult. Since overcrowding is so acute, we agree with the Blyth- ellerbach Heport regarding alcoholic admissions to the Hospital. We elieve these cases should be directed to the Ban Bruno Alcoholic ection instead of to the Hospital. On September 12, 1961, the Program Chief of the Community ental Health Services recommended to the Civil S...ervice Commission a eneral increase in the salary levels for certain categories of pro- essional personnel in this division. We agree with the statement tiat it is not only necessary to have an adequate entrance salary in rder to attract personnel, but the salary must continue to be ade- uate to hold good people. This very important branch of the Hospi- al service has been handicapped for the reason that they have not een able to offer attractive salaries for psychiatrists, and it is ur considered opinion that the salary level should be increased to ttract well qualified personnel.
