Whenever tests of flammability are deemed to be necessary and when they may be made safely, the ovmer or the oc- cupant of the premises should make the tests in the presence of a Fire Department Inspector. It should be pointed out by the In- spector to the owner or the occupant that no liability for damage to the fabric being tested or to the premises upon which it is located is assumed by the Inspector v/hen tests of flameproofing are made.
