What reading level is Hand-Book of Eclampsia : Or, Notes And Cases of Puerperal Convulsions book?
To quickly assess the difficulty of the text, read a short excerpt:

She had been for some time complaining of swelled feet and pain in head with a great deal of nervous excita- tion. Early in her eighth month she had a sudden attack of eclampsia in the morniijg. Saw her in the third fit. She had not been conscious after the first one. She was cautiously bled to ,5xv, which ap- peared to lessen the frequency and duration of the fits which still returned. At noon she was again bled to ,5xii with benefit, as the spasms gradually abated till evening. Consciousness ...did not return till the next day. Eight days after she was delivered, natur- ally, of a dead and putrid child. She convalesced slowly, and her nerve system remained badly shat- tered.
From later experience, we think that the free use of morphia, after moderate bleeding, would have been more proper.
