The Duncannon Iron- Works are located at the junction of the Susquehanna River and Juniata Creek, on a tract of land containing two hundred and twenty acres, warranted June 2, 1762, to... George Allen, and surveyed to Robert Jones. This property, in 1827, came into the possession of Stephen A. Duncan and John D.
