We learned on the morning of the 13th of February, that the other regi ments of Cowden s brigade were encamped on the plain above Fort Richardson.
Time and the faithful performance of duty brought further changes in the officers of the regiment. Second-Lieut. Burlingamc, of Company I, was promoted to first lieutenant, and assigned to Company II.
