The three singing societies of San Antonio, the Beethov- en Maennerchor, Deutscher Maennerchor and Liederkranz, and the Frohsinn from Dallas were the first societies to ar- rive, coming on Sunday evening, and being followed on Monday morning by the singing clubs from Austin, Tay- lor, Brenham, La Grange, Bellville and Galveston.
