We wanted to get out of the Bay Area. Huth: And when did you move down here?
55 Jones: 1975. January of '75. Huth: What year did you retire?
Jones: November, 1974, and we moved down here in January. We actually owned this place two years before that. The son of the fellow that developed this [mobile home] park here was a professor down at Cal Poly, and my daughter knew him.
