Co-operation with the county should be sought in dredging the channd to a point where the deepening valley will take care of the flood waters.

Where the bayou bends sharply to the east,, the connecting parkway will cross the parkway along Evergreea Bayou from the city, the latter continuing down Bray's Bayou to Harrisburg and a connection with the Galveston highway.
