T believe that the safety of the Central West Valley far outweighs the so-called commercial demand, which the city claims is the reason for the other alternative, Custer Avenue Interchange. If there Is truly a need for an interchange at Custer then surely the commercial sector will come Up with a way to ensure that consumers have access to their establishments.
