Autonomy, or decision-making ability, as measured by the OSHNS, was found to be significantly related to the ethnic origin of those whose perceptions were surveyed. 3. Positive affective responses to the general nature of dialysis nursing and the financial rewards may significantly relate to the type of facility where those surveyed are employed.
