REPORT NO. 3— BOARD OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION We hereby present for ratification by the North Carolina Conference the following REPORT OF JOINT COMMISSION ON WESLEY FOUNDATION WORK, as adopted by the Western North Carolina Conference: The Joint Commission on Wesley Foundation work, ordered by this body at its opening session, October 24th, for the purpose of carrying on and strengthen- ing the work among students at Chapel Hill and College Place, Greensboro, after carefully c...onsidering the interest of the work under way at these centers, submits the following recommendations, and asks: I. That the several Boards of Christian Education co-operate in determining constructive action by the Conferences, as follows: 1. That there be allocated for student work at the places above designated, during the year of 1935-1936 $3,800.00 2. That this total be provided for as follows: a. By the Western North Carolina Conference 900.00 b. By the North Carolina Conference 1,400.00 c.
