What reading level is Just What He Wanted book?
To quickly assess the difficulty of the text, read a short excerpt:
Probably had something to do with having to model a bridesmaid dress for Lila. After much talking and a good bit of laughter, Lila decided they would all wear pretty but regular dresses. Carrie joined in via conference call and seconded the decision when Lila insisted on the choice, citing the closet full of grown-up prom dresses she left behind when she moved to Holloway. The girl day should have been fun. Most of it was, but Andie spent a good chunk of it worrying the outfits Lila brought ...or wanted them to get wouldn’t fit. The size charts were downright scary. Andie knew her number, guarded it like it mattered, even though she knew all about how some designers cut small and others larger. Her number hovered close to a twelve but sometimes strayed to a fourteen. But when she compared her measurements to traditional charts for bridesmaid dresses she clicked in at a rougher-to-handle eighteen or twenty. She refused to judge the size, but she didn’t understand how she could still be stuck with the same number after losing the weight.
