I will read a 'passage of this commission: 1 'Euzaueth by the grace of God, Ac. To our right trustie and well-beloved counsellor, sir W. Cecill of the Garter Kmghte, lord Burghley and Sighe Treasorer of England, and to our trustie and right well-beloved counsellor, sir Walter Mildmav.
