The Redeveloper shall promptly comply with such a directive, and shall not proceed further with construction of such portion of the improvements as are the subject of such a directive until such directive is complied with.

(e) The Redeveloper agrees to provide as part of the construction of improvements required pursuant to this Agreement, works of art satisfactory to the Authority, and agrees to expend for such works a sum not less than 1% of the total amount to be expended by the Redeveloper for such construction of improvements.
