Article 1199. Secretary Shall Furnish Names, Etc. , of Stockholders to Plaintiff. The Secretary or other officer having charge of the books of any corporation, on demand of the plaintiff in any execution against LAW OF OIL AND NATURAL GAS 37 the corporation, his agent or attorney, shall furnish such plaintiff, his agent or attorney with the names and places of residence of the stockholders as far as known, and the amount of stock held by each, as shown by the books of the corporation.... (P. D. , 5961. ) Article 1200. Directors Liable for Debts of Corporation, When and to What Extent. If the directors of any cor- poration shall knowingly declare and pay any dividend when the corporation is insolvent, or any dividend the payment of which would render it insolvent, they shall be jointly and severally liable for all the debts of the corporation then existing, and for all debts of the corpor- ation which thereafter, during the time such directors respectively remain in office, shall be contracted.
