OP THE BOARD OF CATTLE COMMISSIONERS AND OF CON- TAGIOUS DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMAIiS.
Section 1. [There shall be a board of cattle commis- sioners consisting of three persons, one of whom shall annually, in May, be appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the council, for a term of three years from the first day of the following June.
