In addition to the Artillery above mentioned, I can only have the 5th Fusiliers and 90th Eegiments, so weakened by detach- ments as to amount together to less than 1, 000 men — some of the Ghoorkas perhaps, and the Madras Eegi- ment now on its way up the river.
