HussET is a native and life-long resident of the town of Ledyard, Cayuga county, and owns a fine farm near the village of Aurora. He vr&a born January 19, 1827, and though he has thus reached his forty-seventh year, he has never married. He has been a farmer since boyhood, and during his early years was fortunate enough to secure a good common school and academic education. He is a man of sound judgment and unusually sensible views upon all questions, and few men in his locality are more highly esteemed.
