Par. 3. If children are conceived during the betrothal and this be- trothal later dissolved principally due to the fault of the man, he must pay the woman reasonable damages. Such damages may be ordered paid in a lump sum or in installments. If, for any other reason, one of the betrothed is principally to blame for the dissolution of the betrothal, the other may be adjudged damages only to the extent of expenses incurred as a result of actions taken in view of the intended marriage. Par. 4. He,... who according to Chapter 2, paragraphs 2 or 3, is for- bidden to marry without the consent of parent or guardian, need not pay damages as stated in the second section of paragraph 3, unless he had such consent to the betrothal. If the man, in cases referred to in section one, paragraph 3, was un- der eighteen j'ears of age at the time the child was conceived, he is not more liable for damages than if no conception had occurred. Par. 5. If anj' one wishes to press claims on the basis of paragraphs 2 and 3, such claims must be brought within a year from the time the be- trothal was dissolved.
