Prior Recommendation #10 We recommend the bureau: A. Implement a home visit process which ensures regional program officers obtain the same information when conducting the reviews.

C. Periodically, review worksheets used in provider compliance reviews to determine if officers have followed bureau procedures relating to home visits.
