He afterwards returned to Lebanon ; and died Aug, 21, 1784, at the house of his son Samuel, in New Con- cord, a parish of Norwich, Conn, now the town of Bozrah. % His son Samuel Robinson, was born June 7, 1752. He first resided in New Concord (Bozrah) ; but afterwards re- moved and died at Oxford, N. Y. March 2, 1815. He left several children : John W. Robinson, born April 5, 1779, lived at Wilkesbarre, Pa. where he died not far from the year 1840, leaving a son. In 1847... two brothers were said to be living in Oxford, N. Y. and also a brother Andreio at Nor- wich (Bozrah ?) Conn. § In 1853, or thereabout, an An- drew Robinson, aged about 60 years, perhaps the same, went * Winsor says : " Mr. Trumbull became acquainted with her while on a visit to Duxbury on business ; " Hist, of Duxbury, p. 185. The statement in the text is the family tradition ; and is the more probable, as Mr. Trumbull was the owner of lauds in Goshen, and lived near by. f ^IS. notes of J. McClellan, Esq.
