GE6RG£ nt contradidioti of the late decifion of the Court of Common Pleas^ and the pfecedents upon record in their own Journals, " that privilege of Par- liament does not extend to the cafe of libel f and an Addrefs was prefented to his Majefty, in which the Peers concuiTcd, lignifying their deteftation of thefe feditious practices, and their warm afFec-* tion for his Majefty's perfon and government.
