(345) Rule 32. Service on Party Charged with Con- tempt, and on Party Imprisoned.
(a) When the object is to bring the party into contempt for disobeying any rule or order of the court, the service shall be on such party personally, unless otherwise specially ordered by the court.
(b) When the defendant is returned imprisoned for want of bail, a copy of the declaration shall be delivered to him or to the marshal or jailer in whose custody he shall be, and when an exception is entered to bail, an

(346) Rule 33. When Service Required.
No service of papers shall be necessary on a defendant who has not regularly appeared, except as specially required by rule or statute.
