Question Twenty-five was called. Chas. E. Howard for the second year. Question Twenty-six was called. (See list under Question 26). Revs. C. K. Bro\A^i, C. E. Ball and N. D. Shamborgner were presented to the conference as visiting ministers who formerly went from us. They were very cordially received. The sum of $2343 was reported on hand for distribution among the conference claimants. On motion by H. L. Ashe to bring this up to $3000, the bal- ance was ordered to be collected by the Conferenc...e. On motion of R. G. Morris the Conference ordered $600 to be apportioned to the four districts and that this money be collected and forwarded on or before August 1, 1926, to the treasurer of the Board of Conference Claimants Fund, the treasurer being required to send this as final payment on the assessment for the present year. The Conference instructed the trustees to sell the property at Hickory and apply the proceeds to supplement the pension fund. William Wells presides. Dr. H. L. Canright, returned missionary fiom China, ad- dressed the Conference.
