The MDOC does not have a lead testing or abatement program in place at this time and does not plan to test or study housing units located in the state. However, for projects assisted with HOME or CDBG funds, grantees are required to ensure that the appropriate notification, inspection, testing, interim controls or abatement, and clearance activities are followed.
