"Well we fought him for about an hour until the bearings started to go on the winch and the engine in the truck overheated. We finally had to stop fighting him, but the line was stretched taut. Charlie got a pulaski to cut the cable, b...ut he couldn't cut through it and that damn fish drug Charlie's truck plumb into the river. Took us two hours to hitchhike into Alberton for a ride back to Missoula.
