What reading level is Montana Outdoors Vol 19 No 4 Jul/aug 1988 book?
To quickly assess the difficulty of the text, read a short excerpt:

287 and 12, Interstate 15 The Jefferson, Madison, and Gallatin flow gently together from their mountain origins and a powerful, deep, plains river is born. As the "Mighty Mo" begins its 2,474-mile trip to the Gulf of Mexico, it snakes through broad sagebrush valleys and foothills dotted with pronghorns and farmhouses. However, the longest water journey in North America is quickly interrupted as the Missouri River encounters Toston Dam 25 miles below the headwaters and then, in rapid succession,... Canyon Ferry, Hauser, and Holter dams— all between the headwaters and the Smith River. The dams were constructed for irrigation storage, electrical generation, flood control, or a combination, and together they impound 64 miles of river.
The free-flowing stretches rate high for fisheries, recrea- tion, scenery, and wildlife. The 15 miles from Toston Dam to Canyon Ferry Reservoir, the mile below Canyon Ferry Dam, a 2.5-mile stretch below Hauser Dam, and the 36 miles from Holter Dam to Cascade all merited a Class I sport fishery 20 value.
