Effective control procedures could improve the accuracy of information recorded on the operator usage report and input to the equip- ment management system.
Based on this same finding in our previous reports, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requested the department perform a statewide review to determine the extent of discrepancies in the usage reports.
