Most venture firms said that — we all suddenly turned green, and then we decided that we should probably allo- cate somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 percent of our capital in this area. I think what is probably not so obvious is that the food chain of capital, after we have invested, we are sort of patient, but three to 10 years is our sort of time limit on our money. We tend to sell off either to corporations or some other joint venture stepping stone into the public market. I think what we... don't remember is that the environmental sector is an extremely young industry, and there aren't established large providers who are in the business of commercializing those for eco- nomic profit, so we don't have that next segment of capital to hand these investments off to. Then we went to the public market in- stead, and, of course, as owners of public environmental technology stocks, we all know how wonderful that was, so now that sector has tended to not work. So I think it is partly a function of just being a young industry, and that's, of course, exactly at the point where the foreign capital sources come in and sort of bottom fish.
