Sportsmen were recently threatened with exclusion from the ref- uge involvement because of lack of funds. Let me say this, that when sportsmen are precluded from legitimate refuge management because of the excuse that there is no money to manage the activi- ties of sportsmen, you may be sure the biggest investor in wildlife and habitat will seek other alternative means to contribute to con- servation.
