Judy stared steely-eyed at him, turned and set the bottle on the mantel. She walked to the foot of the stairs and turned back to the men. “Thank you for ruining the day, Dan! Merry FUCKING CHRISTMAS!”
And she stomped up the stairs.
“What’s her problem?” Dan muttered into his drink.
Nick silently walked to the mantel and grabbed the bottle.
