However, we have issued a cautionary- letter (in draft) to Ms. Martin, a copy of which is enclosed, concerning her retained health benefits and retirement plans with the FCB of Texas. The retirement plans with the FCB of Texas are both fully funded, independently managed plans. One is a defined- benefit plan and the other is a def ined-contribution plan containing two diversified mutual funds designated as excepted investment funds.
