MORRIS: Was that a manageable number in terms of getting a vote on things that needed to be voted on?
PETRIS: Yes, it was fine, especially in the beginning. There was a lot of enthusiasm for it. Those who were strongly in favor of protection would be sure to be there, and those who were against it wanted to be there to prevent them from pulling a fast one on them.
