RESOLUTION By Select and Common Councils, in relation to the place of voting in the JVineteenth Ward.
Resolved, That hereafter the voters of that portion of the Twenty-third W^ard, now placed in the Nineteenth Ward by 207 the Supplement to the Act of Consolidation, vote at the Fourth Precinct House of the Nineteenth Ward.

AN ORDINANCE Dedicating Lemon Hill Estate to public use as a Park.
Whereas, by the thirty-ninth section of the Act of Assem- bly consolidating the City of Philadelphia, it is made the duty of City Councils 1o lay out and maintain an adequ;ite number of squares or areas of ground within the limits of the said City, convenient of access to all its inhabitants, as open and public squares for the health and enjoyment of the people for ever ; And whereas, the property now known as the Lemon Hill Estate, owned by the City, and lying within its limits, is con- venient of access, and adapted by its many natural advantages to the ends contemplated by the provisions of the said act relative thereto : therefore, Sect.
