Miller, and others, as sureties for Collin Pullinger, Collector of Outstanding Taxes, in the District Court for the City and County of Philadelphia, on the twenty-fourth day of May, -one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine, one of them to March term, 1859, No. 468, D. B., for the sum of five thousand dollars each, to wit : All that certain three story brick messuage or tenement, and lot or piece of ground, situate on the west si...de of Delaware Sixth street, between Race street and Arch street, in the City of Philadelphia — containing, in front or breadth on the said Sixth street, fifteen feet ; and extending in length or depth, westward of that breadth, ninety feet, to a certain nine feet wide alley, left open, and extending into and from Race street. Bounded southward by a lot of ground seventeen feet front on said Sixth street, by ninety feet in depth, to said alley, now or late belonging to Jonathan Bullock and Jacob Rush, westward by the said nine feet wide alley, northward by ground formerly of Allen Ridgway, now of Robert Flan- agan, and eastward by Sixth street aforesaid : Provided, That his co-securities shall agree thereto, and Provided, That the said George C.
