No. 347. A FURTHER SUPPLEMENT To an ordinance, entitled "An ordinance to provide for the erection and management of a Municipal Hospital." Section I. The Select and Common Councils of the City of Philadelphia do ordain, That so much of an ordi- 345 nance, approved the 18th day of April, 1863, as requires the Commissioners for building a Municipal Hospital to cause to be erected on the City lot, on Hart's Lane, a suitable building for a temporary hospital, be and the same is hereby repealed, and... the erection of such tempo- rary hospital shall be discretionary with the said Com- missioners.
