Section 1. The Select and Common Councils of the City ...of Philadelphia do ordain. That the sum of six hundred and twenty-five (625) dollars be and the same is hereby appro- priated to the Department of Markets and City Property for the purpose of paying the premium and other expenses necessary to insure the new Court House.
