202 AN OEDINANCE To rearrange and fix the boundary lines of election divisions and places of holding elections in the Twenty-third Ward, and to create an additional division therein.
Section 1, The Select and
...Common Councils of the City of Philadelphia do ordain, That the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Sixth, Seventh, and Ninth Election Divisions within the Twenty-third Ward shall be and remain as here- tofore established.
Sec. 2. The boundaries of the Fifth Division shall be as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of Paul and Unity streets ; thence along Unity street to Frankford street ; thence to Seller street ; thence northwesterly to Frank- ford creek ; thence along said creek, northwardly to the line of the old borough of Frankford ; thence along said line to Oxford road ; thence to Frankford street ; thence across said street to Paul street ; thence along said Paul street to Unity street to the place of beginning; and shall vote at the house of Joseph H.
